    Food on the Brain

    O.K. So it has been a while, but the other day...o.k. not the other day, but several weeks ago, we went to the temple dedication of the Oquirr Mountain temple and after we left, Riley Kate admitted that when we did the "Hosannah Shout", she thought everyone was saying, "Lasagna!" 
     
    We got to laughing and everyone then admitted how at  one time or the other, we thought food items were the central topic in songs etc.  For instance, when Sidney was young, she thought that in the Chorus of I Am A Child of God, when you get to the part....come on you know it...."Lead me, guide me walk beside me, help me find the way.  Teach me all that I'm a stew"...
     
    Grace thought "Jesus wants me for a sun bean".
     
    Josie, well I am sure they are coming.
     
    Any of you had any to add?

    My sister Heather always thought that one of the lines in the John Denver song "Back Home Again" was "tastes good to be back home again..." (instead of hey it's good to be back home again.)

    I always had trouble with the line in Love one Another ".by this shall men know." , I always thought it was "by bushel minnow" and it never made sense to me.
